Hi and welcome!
Here I share my discoveries to inspire hard working individuals how to live as long, as happily and as healthily as possible under the everyday stresses of urban living.
As I recover from cancer and enter my 50th year, I’m sure I’m not alone in wanting to live equipped with the right tools to live long and healthily.
We all want to live happily and independently for as long as possible but of course the future is unknown and uncontrollable. I’m sure we share the natural fears and desires of others as we grow older such as;
- Failing health and falling energy levels, preventing me from doing what I want to do with my life.
- Worries about money and supporting myself in later years.
I don’t want to fall apart before I have a chance to enjoy life!
We want to;
- Have ‘me time’ to do things I love, be with the people I love or just chill!
- Be healthy, happy & living stress-free
- Have the ability to think and act positively
- Feel balanced, calm and grounded
- Be content with who I am and what I’ve got
By sharing the experience and knowledge gained on my personal journey my aim is to help you overcome overwhelming stress and anxiety and discover how to live the way you want.
I want to inspire and guide you to embrace your future in a state of well-being with increased self – awareness, in control of your health, energised and happy.
Through small lifestyle changes you can find a healthier way of living, prevent future serious illnesses and not get into the mess I did!
To do this all you need is to : renew your friendship with the wisest adviser of them all – your inner self.
My approach is an Holistic one; appreciating and looking at the ‘whole’- the mind, body and spirit.
There is inner work to be done and I approach it from a scientific point of view. Making even small changes, through nutrition, mastering of thoughts and feelings and reconnecting with your physical self, can help take back control of your life.
It’s not what happens to us but how we react to it…
What went wrong?
‘My story’ is on another page so I won’t go into that here, but I will say that the past 14 months of being practically housebound following cancer treatment, has given me the gift of time. Time to discover and seriously think about the changes that need to happen in mine and so probably in other’s lives, if we want to live a long, happy and healthy life.
I’d love you to join me on this rewarding path of discovery and find your ‘Innermost Me’!
